The stay fee is 2,740 = (R127 * 2nights* 10 people+R200 (reg fee)= 2,740 = Stay fee. This will be unit5, The Main House, at our Lake View Residence.(314 oliver lea drive, umbilo) overlooking the Dmoss Birdlakes. Please pay the stay fee of R2,740 as soon as possible to secure your stay per email below as we are sending a lot of quotes. Full stay fee payment bookings override partial stay fee payments.

Option 2 Glenwood Property – Cheaper –

Communed

The stay fee is 2,000 = (R100*2*10 people + +R200 (reg fee) = R2,200 = Stay fee. This would be at our communed rooms in Glenwood which is an attached house to where we stay (no pool and no scenic views). There is proper tables tennis, board games and Compact Package Dstv in the Main Lounge. It is like a backbackers. We have inside rooms (carpeted) and outside rooms (tiled) tiled except for the wooden huts that are carpeted. They
come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Please pay the stay fee R1,800, and email completed form attached (bank details are on this form) to secure your stay , as we are sending a lot of quotes. Full stay fee payment bookings
override partial stay fee payments.

A refundable deposit (security deposit) of R1,000 also needs to be paid.This can be paid now or on arrival in cash. If you choose to pay the deposit on arrival, please ensure you have the cash, as from a past experience we have learnt not to allow holiday makers in unless this is paid.

Please note, it is the Stay fee that reserves your accommodation and not the deposit.

TERMS OF RESIDENCE

The guest, by clicking on the Bank Details tab below, at the end of this form, warrants that he is duly authorised to sign and bind all persons represented by him or for whom he is responsible (“his party”) to these terms of residence and, failing such authority, agrees to be liable for all amounts arising from the residence of himself and his party at the Residence.
The guest and each of his party agrees to pay not later than the time of arrival the deposit as determined by the Manager for the period of residence, incurred by the guest and his party during his/their stay at the Residence.
The guest agrees that after his departure, any goods left behind by him and/or his party and the goods shall be deemed to have been forfeited to the Residence.
The guest hereby agrees on behalf of himself and the members of his party that it is condition of his/their occupation of the Residence that the Residence shall not be responsible for an injury to or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property upon the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or any cause and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employment of the Residence.
The Guest hereby consents to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court having jurisdiction over the Guest in respect of any proceedings in connection with the stay of the Guest and his party at the Residence. Notwithstanding the aforegoing, the Residence shall have the right of instituting all or any proceedings connected with such stay in the Residence in any division of the Supreme Court of South Africa having jurisdiction.
Where appropriate the masculine gender shall include the feminine gender and vice versa and the singular shall include the plural.

Check-in time is from 14h00 and check-out is by 10h00, unless special arrangements have been made in writing.

Guarantee / Payment Policy

In order to guarantee the above reservation and allow you access, please authorise the forms where signatures are required, and transfer your full stay fee. Please initial all pages and pay your refundable deposit via eft or cash on or before your arrival (no cheque payments) so that the keys for your unit may be handed to you. Should you vacate earlier than your reservation period, no refunds apply.

Cancellation Policy & No-Show Policy

Should this reservation be cancelled or should there be a no show, stay fees will not be refunded.

A no-show is the non-arrival of a Guest without notification in writing by fax, email or verbal communication to the owner / supervisor. Should you not have communicated with us, we reserve the right to book out your booked rooms to other desperate guests.

We Provide simple sleep over accommodation for active holiday makers. We are not an expensive upper class bed and breakfast type set up. From the website, www.groundfound.co.za you have an idea of our accommodation. We do not cater for fussy holiday makers. Facilities such as, crockery, cutlery, normal cooking utensils are available. We do provide a kettle, gas cooker, fridge and washing machine.

Please note, we use speedheat showers, that provide unlimited hot water showers (unlike geysers). Due to this system, we do not have hot water in the basins or kitchen sinks. We suggest using hot water form a kettle to wash dishes.

We provide fitted sheets on the beds with pillow. Please bring your own “blanket or duvet” (The weather no longer allows for duvets to be dry, for arriving guests)
